Emergency Reponse Team FCE
A specific physical fitness and functional testing program designed through our ongoing work with the Fire and Emergency Services Authority (FESA) to ensure your first line of defence personnel are able to perform what is required when faced with an emergency on site.
Assessment criteria for an emergency responce team FCE are based on site specific critical physical demands and fitness standard benchmarked by state emergency services.
This assessment includes:
- all relevant clinical orthopedic tests to assess for joint wear and tear and significant conditions
- 4 key NIOSH static strength tests, which are excellent for test/retest reliability
- dynamic lifting tests that simulate the specific critical physical demands of the job applied for
- a brief fitness test.
