Pre-employment FCE

A detailed job specific assessment based on a job role profile to ensure a worker you employ is capable of enduring the critical physical demands of the position.

This assessment is designed to evaluate a workers abilites and liimitations prior to employing them.

 This assessment includes:

• all relevant clinical orthopedic tests to assess for joint wear and tear and significant conditions
• 4 key NIOSH static strength tests, which are excellent for test/retest reliability
• dynamic lifting tests that simulate the specific critical physical demands of the job applied for
• a brief fitness test.
