Return to Work FCE

A detailed job specific assessment based on a job role profile to ensure a worker you return to the workplace is capable of enduring the critical physical demands of the intended position.

This assessment is designed to evaluate a worker's abilities and limitations prior to their return to the workplace following injury. 

This assessment includes:

• all relevant clinical orthopedic tests to assess for joint wear and tear and significant conditions
• 4 key NIOSH static strength tests, which are excellent for test/retest reliability
• dynamic lifting tests that simulate the specific critical physical demands of the job applied for
• a brief fitness test.
