Workforce Monitoring Program

This assessment performed periodically, evaluates the ongoing workability of your biggest asset; your work force.

For every new young person entering the labour market today there are seven workers over the age of 45 year available. (ABS Cat32222.0Economy Jan 2001)

The most prudent way to manage your aging workforce is to assess them every 2 or so years to track key physical abilities over time. The figures don't lie. Often, just by raising individual awareness in these areas, you will see a more honest and responsible attitude amongst workers to managing ongoing health into the later years of their working life.

 This assessment includes:DECKEXweb_1.JPG

  • all relevant clinical orthopedic tests to assess for joint wear and tear and significant conditions
  • 4 key NIOSH static strength tests, which are excellent for test/retest reliability
  • dynamic lifting tests that simulate the specific critical physical demands of the job applied for
  • a brief fitness test.

(Essentially the same format as your Pre-employment FCE)
