Pro Ironman athlete Courtney Ogden has qualified for Kona Hawaiian Ironman

Courtney qualified for Kona this year with a gutsy second place in Ironman Japan earlier this year behind Luke McKenzie: a massive acheivement given the brutal conditions athletes were enduring on the day. In hot and humid conditions losing more than 2% of your body weight will have an impact on performance...try 10%! Imagine what he could have done with a little better fluid retention.
Courtney is currently in the United States using the Ironman circuit as a training aid.
